How did your individuality and personal interests fare in your past relationships? Were they respected or suppressed ?

I thinkas you get older your interests naturally change. Part of that is simply due to maturing, but the other side of it is that when you know better , you do better. Also, life's experience play a big role in shaping perspectives.

I've been in a couple abusive relationships in my past , and a lot of times it left me feeling like my feeling weren't heard or valid.
