Should repeated blame shifting be treated as emotional abuse even if the person never admits wrongdoing?
When blame shifting becomes a pattern, it damages trust and safety.
Over time, it reshapes how the other person sees themselves.
Whether or not the person admits fault, the harm remains.
At what point does impact outweigh intent?
