Refund and Returns Policy

Overview:
At The Journal Experience, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and exceptional service. We understand that occasionally situations may arise where a refund or return is necessary. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options and obligations when it comes to refunds and returns.

Refunds:

  1. All digital products, including journals, workbooks, and informational eBooks, are non-refundable.
  2. Refunds for physical products are available within 30 days of purchase.
  3. After 30 days, all products become non-refundable.
  4. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@journalexperience.com for further assistance.

Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@journalexperience.com and send your item to [address].

Members Only Shop:

All purchases of apparel from the “Members Only Shop”, are non-refundable unless there was a damaged product, or manufacturing error.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns:
To return your product, you should mail your product to [address]. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
